Eye to Eye

Our world is governed by great balance. It is an intricately designed balance of contrasting extremities. This balance was set in place to provide a perfected theatre for authentic choice. Through the polarizing filter of this balance a soul becomes better groomed to make sovereign choices and gain greater responsibility. As the soul grows, it cultivates ripe choices and dedicates these towards love. Because these choices are ripened in the context of this balance, the love that is shared is passionate and powerful in its intimacy.

An essential secret of the spiritual masters is;
“The answer to every “why” in existence is to help render your love greater and more authentic.” It may appear simple, but its truth is so very profound.

Our worldly existence has been calibrated to provide a creative canvas for authentic expression. Each soul has countless opportunities to partner in expressions of true love. Amidst this balance, a soul can grow to share a love so true it reflects the very nature of the source from which it was hewn.

The source consciousness from which all has sprung was not compelled by “want” or “need”. Instead, the source consciousness set in motion a sovereign choice that seeded existence with the ripening of an equally sovereign choice. It was through these choices of equivalent sovereignty that a most intimate revelation could come to light. The souls that pass through this realization would grow to bathe themselves and all of existence through the unconditionality of this timeless love.

True lovers share their authenticity “eye to eye” from a weightless place of mutual surrender. Similarly, the balanced filter provides the lens through which all of creation can graduate to the light of True Love. This sets the stage for existence itself to gradually coalesce and share with the greatest intimacy.

Intimacy is Calling

While embracing life, the most important spiritual factor is always the degree of intimacy. The great masters were always maintaining a state of great intimacy when engaging in all of life. Many call this intimacy bliss, but in our present lexicon of western culture, it is important to call this eternal state of beingness, “intimacy”, as it best illuminates its achievable coordinates.

In ancient times, natural living was more reliant upon natural cycles and community. Therefore, the notion of sharing an intimacy in heart and mind with one another was ostensively a more natural occurrence. But within our present time and culture, we tend to grow more callous and distant from each other, we underline our differences on ways that foster contention and hierarchy. In this context, connecting through a consciousness of intimacy with another may seem rare, if not unnatural.

The spiritual teachers were always very intimate with all that they engaged in. For example, when they would eat, they would enter into an intimate almost quantum awareness of the vibrations of energy emanating from the food that they were eating. They would take time to add to the grace of the moment to best amplify its potential. They would consecrate their eating by orchestrating states of appreciation and joy that would lift to higher octaves of connectivity and embrace with all of creation. They inhabited a space where the walls of divide implode and there arises a clarity & connection with the essential unity within all things. They would live their lives inhabiting a space of intimacy, because as luminaries that were engaged in life in ways that transcend linear definition, they recognized that as a race we are most powerful in our intimacy.

Intimate Surrender

It is about true love and intimacy, and if a soul bares residue expressions of shame, then these de-facto stifle one’s own advance, and hamper one with feelings of inadequacy.

The more one remains linear minded about their trajectory, the more one will find themselves thwarted by feelings of being unworthy and in deficit. Even slight traces of shame, boil to the fore in the face of ascending to such gloriously intimate levels of being. Personal judgments, and their fetishes for parsimony, weigh heavily upon the soul climbing tiers of greater consciousness and push its own progression back down to lower and baser vibratory fields of expression. These souls then find themsleves too ashamed to warrant such intimacy, and become conflicted with feelings that they are benefitting so much and having had contributed so very little.

On this context, they cannot adequately justify their own existence. In romantic terms, this is akin to lovers that feel compelled to close their eyes when exchanging expressions of unabashed intimacy, finding themselves incapable of sharing eye to eye as equals.

This is because their heart does not know the soul language of true love, which is essentially unconditional, and occupying the more intimate spaces in proximity to creations’ benevolent source. Without this vital chord of expression, a soul is destined to become stuck in cycles of feelings of inadequacy, anger, callousness or atrophy.

Intimate Horizons

  An important spiritual principle is that material existence was predicated by the desire to cultivate expressions of true love and the intimacy it cultivates. Material existence necessitated individuality and an exploration of separateness. A return from separateness is always at the fulcrum driving any memorable love story. In essence, individuality itself gave birth to an awareness of isolation and an awareness of feeling “incomplete”. It is this awareness of falling short of eternity that is the crux of the world’s spiritual disciplines. Still, isolation also propels the accumulation of passion. Passion drives creative expression, and is the the very current propelling discovering more intimate horizons.
Passion is the very fuel that secures spiritual emergence, enhanced clarity and greater wholeness within self. When properly calibrated such passion can set a soul alight so that it can transcend contention and pedigree of material considerations and set a course that imbues all aspects of life with vibrant expressions of true love. The often elusive destinations of  inner peace and satisfaction is seeded by true love and a love that is best cultivated by an openness to the unknown, but familiar. It is a journey of emerging to a greater intimacy.
But a soul that chooses to cleave to residue expressions of shame cannot experience authentic intimacy within self or with another. These feelings of shame will continually stifle one’s inner spiritual emergence, and saddle one with feelings of inadequacy. The more you choose to remain linear minded about growth, the more you will find yourself thwarted by feelings of deficit. Traces of shame will boil to the fore and block your growth to profoundly intimate expressions of being. This is because shame and Intimacy cannot mix. One is an expression of authentic engagement and the other disconnect. Personal judgments, and fetishes for parsimony weigh heavily upon the soul attempting to climb tiers of inner growth on the ladder to a greater love. This is why sincere individuals often find their authentic efforts of inner development cyclically  rebuffed, feeling as if their sincere aspirations are time and again leveled to rock bottom.
These souls can grow quite weary and too ashamed to exchange for truly intimate expressions. They often find themselves knotted with feelings of how they have been gifted with so much, but tend to contribute so very little. They are unable to adequately justify, or even articulate the nature of their own existence. In romantic terms, this is akin to lovers that feel compelled to close their eyes when exchanging expressions of unabashed intimacy, finding themselves incapable of partnering eye to eye as equals.
It is because they have not yet reconnected with True Love,  the native language of the soul. True love is essentially unconditional, it cannot be given, but can only be shared. And as you share it, more of it is able to flow through your soul on its way to touching the lives of others.
Without this vital expression, the soul is destined to be perpetually stuck with feelings of inadequacy and having to accomplish so much more. True Love alone harmonizes all deficits, and frees one to boldly graduate beyond such pettiness. It is the essential elixir that kisses the soul and imbues it with a halo of enhanced direction and purpose.
As you discover how to use True Love to live more harmoniously with all that you are, you have developed the essential training to live harmoniously and truly intimately with the soul of another. In this light, relationship can pave the pathway to a far greater gestalt, an eternal love story that transcending all worldly consideration.”
